Before placing your order please consider the following:

We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance, especially during Spring-Summer its the busiest time!
Until further notice, there is a delivery fee applied to every order.
We cannot get heavy inflatables across stairs, it requires double the man power and there will be extra charges applied in that case. It is your responsibility to tell us ahead of time if there are stairs around to where we need to get the inflatable to. Failure to do so will result in a canceled order and no refunds in that case.
We currently do not deliver to public or community parks.
As listed on our FAQ's there are NO REFUNDS, even with covid our policy does not change. We will not be doing refunds but can move your reservation to a later time or hold your money as credit.
